We are committed to being an ethical business
We start at home so everyone in the company, along with our suppliers and partners, is treated with respect.
We keep our footprint as small as possible: re-cycle wherever possible, minimise printing and aim to use both sides, opt for low energy light bulbs which are only on when needed, and try to make sure everything is off if not being used.
We are an active member of the Thrive Forum in Birmingham, encourage employees to get hands on in local projects and opt for charity donations rather than corporate gifts.
But we are not perfect; we are a work in progress and always open to new ideas.
